As an ESL teacher and a language learner, I think that English is a less difficult language to learn. That is until you face some technicalities. If you have any doubts just take a look at these two signs in Manhattan.

There is a big difference between having your head cut and having a haircut, unless your hairdresser or barber is having a bad day. If you have your head cut then you will never need another haircut. BTW, why an “s” when “men” is already a plural noun. And if you go to a butcher’s you will see all sorts of cuts, but no men or women cuts. If you do call the police immediately.
